Marsha Anderson is the Founder & Principal Broker of MA Realty. Her practice is relationship-driven and intentionally selective, allowing her to provide hands-on guidance, clear communication, and thoughtful execution tailored to each client’s goals.

Before launching MA Realty, Marsha spent five years in investment sales at Marcus & Millichap, where she was based in both North Carolina and South Florida and expanded her coverage across the region. During that time, she developed a strong foundation in valuation, underwriting, and deal execution and advised owners on sales, leasing, and 1031 exchange strategies. Prior to commercial real estate, Marsha built her career in executive-level marketing and general management roles at Fortune 100 companies, leading teams and managing multi-million-dollar brands with full P&L responsibility—experience that allows her to think like a business owner, not just a broker.

Marsha holds an MBA from Cornell University (Johnson School) and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Virginia (McIntire School). Outside of her advisory work, she is an active real estate investor and landlord and currently serves as President of her 86-unit homeowners association, giving her firsthand experience with ownership decisions, budgeting, governance, and long-term planning. She also enjoys travel, staying active outdoors, and volunteering through her church, and values building long-term relationships grounded in trust, accountability, and practical advice.
